I will explain your question in detail then you will get to know whether the enthalpy of transition metal is high or low.

Enthalphy of atomisation is change in enthalpy when one mole of bonds are completely broken to obtain atoms in gas phase.

Nextly,Transition elements have high effective  nuclear charge and a large number of valency electrons.Terefore here they form metallic bonds. As a result the enthalpy of transition metals is high.
