Hey aspirant,

It is absolutely false!

Plants having chlorophyll prepare food in the form of glucose by the process of photosynthesis in the presence of sunlight using carbon dioxide and water.

Plants give out oxygen as a by product in the process of photosynthesis.

You can verify this procedure from this equation too :-

6 CO2 + 6 H2O + light --> C6H12O6 + 6 O2.

Hope this was helpful!

Hello,

FALSE!  Plants absorb carbon dioxide from the air and use it to feed themselves in the process of photosynthesis. The carbon dioxide, through tiny pores called stomata, reaches the leaves of the plant. The process starts with the help of sunlight and water until the carbon dioxide reaches the plant.
