In KCET (since you have just mentioned ugcet and not which one) Round 2 - seat allotment was done on December 16, 2020 and Choice exercise under round 2 and reporting at allotted institute were to be done from December 16 to 18, 2020. Last date to report at allotted college is 19th December. So, the seats are allotted in online mode but you have to report to the allotted institute by 19th to secure your seat.
