Hello,

If you are enquiring about UPSC Civil Services Examination the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board. Be it unaided private institute, unaided government institute, private college/university, government college/university, if it is a recognized board or university then the candidate who have passed in bachelor's degree from that institute is eligible. So yea if you have passed bachelor's degree from an Unaided private college which is recognized then you are eligible to appear for UPSC Civil Services Entrance Examination provided you must fulfill the other eligibility requirements.
