To work under this field, you must acquire atleast one Master's degree in science or medicine, with some positions requiring a PhD and relevant specialist experience. Skills like critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and along with excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills.

Clinical reaserches are divided into four trials involving drug trials. Each phase is called a separate clinical trial. Phase 4 is for post approval studies. The main time taking phases are 1, 2 and 3. So think with a relaxed mind whether you want to go for this field or not. Because your future depends on it.
