U can get admission on CAT basis.
But CAT can only clear if you score aggregate of 50%.
Else u Will not get admission on this percentage in top colleges.

Every college has the minimum criteria of 50% in graduation for doing MBA or PGDM. You are not eligible for doing this course. You can go for any other course such as M.Com ,there are number of good colleges for doing the course.
