When you choose upgrade option in BCECE Counselling . It means you are looking for a better college & usually better college is alloted to the individual under upgradation option.

Tumhare locked choice me jo college upar hoga wo milega.. So it depends on the sequence of your locked choice.
Agar koi college alloted college se achha nhi v hai and tumne agar use 1st ya 2nd choice pe rakha hai to wo mil skta hai upgradation me.

Nahi humko Jo college mila hai uske uper Sara accha college hai niche wala me kharab hai to isliye humko Jana tha ki niche wala to nahi na milega
