Yes, you can give UPSC interview in Kannada, there is  no problem in that, the medium of the language when it comes to interview for UPSC has to be any of the one amidst the list of languages included in eight schedule of the Indian Constitution, it's absolutely fine for qualified candidates to go for English, Hindi or any other regional languages as per their preference, and fluency.
