You need to complete your undergraduate course after completing 12th class board examination. You can complete your undergraduate course in any specialisation for being eligible for applying for union Public Service Commission examination. There is no minimum required percentage criteria for being eligible for union Public Service Commission examination. You must have also be 21 years of age. The maximum age for a general category candidate is 32 years.
