I think many students is facing this issue if this is a problem from their end then wait they will make an announcement regarding this else you can contact them and discuss this problem only they can help you in this

bro, you don't need to click float option system already select this option. don'tworry about it. you login your account and go in willingness change page you will side float and freeze option but float already select by system if you don't part next round you can go with freeze otherwise you not need to change this. good lucky for your future
