Both ranks are considered and whichever is best possible for admission on basis of your preference shallbe allotted.

In yiur xase your BCAF rank has more weightage. Yiu can get colleges like Bhagwan Institute of Technology,, Institute of technology and Management, United college of engineering and research for sure as per trends.
