sir i got 35999 rank in upsee and my category rank is 2377 then on which basis my counselling is done by category rank or general rank?

The counselling is done on the basis of the categories. The seats are reserved for all the categories in upsee. So don't worry the counselling will take you as the aspirant of the respective category you belong to.
