Last year, the topper of Tamil Nadu scored 676 marks out of 720 marks and was able to also secure 12th rank in the All India Rank List. So, to get into the top 20 for the NEET in Tamil Nadu you will have to score a above 650 marks if you need to have a chance. This will require you to put in a lot of hard work and also study as best as you can.
