This depends on the option you chose in the counselling. Here are the possibilities:

If you haven't selected any option in the process, the fee is refunded with deduction of ₹200 per round. 

If you withdraw the alloted seat then the seat is registered to be vacant and fee is refunded with ₹200 reduction per round. 

If you freeze the option and don't take admission, no refund can be claimed. 

If seat is not alloted, the money is refunded online. 

Hence all this depends on how you proceed.
