As of now, the examinations date of both Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) and COMEDK UGET is same and there is notification for any changes so you will have to choose one to appear.So, i would recommend s you to appear in UPSEE because it has more than 800 participating college and hence you will have good chances of getting admission and wide range of options to choose.
COMEDK has only 14 participating  colleges.
But fill both the frons because its highly likely that authorities will look to the matter and will change date hopefully.
