Each of these subjects will have 25 questions each comprising 100 marks each with +4 positive marks for every correct answer and negative marking of -1 mark for every wrong answer.

In Physics, Modern Physics is most heavily weighted in which 5 questions are expected to be asked. The other weighted chapters as per previous years analysis are thermodynamics, optics, current electricity and electrostatics.

In chemistry, coordination chemistry and periodic table are the most weighted chapters. And also thermodynamics, atomic structure, nature of chemical bonds, general organic chemistry, polymers, have equal importance.

In maths, coordinate geometry might have 5 questions. The next weighted chapters are differential integration, continuity, complex numbers, integral calculus and probability.
