The details will be almost same only as it going to conduct in this year although some changes might be made which can be ellaborated to you before the 2-3 months of the exam and rather than that all the things will be same. So instead of thinking about the changes in the JEE pattern you can go with the preparation of that of your target in the year 2020.

The details regarding the 2020 JEE Main Exam is that it will be held in the months January and April or March. The application forms will come out around 4 months before the exam dates and you will also get a deadline date within a few days, so don't miss it next time. 

The other details will mostly be the same and the cutoff and such cannot be predicted so early.
