Hello,

If you want to learn Microsoft Excel from an online Course then try find a best Institute according to your budget.
There are many paid and free courses available online.
You may not get any certificate after learning from a free course. Try to find online Institute which provides Microsoft Excel courses.
If you don't want to pay money, there are some online platforms offer Microsoft Excel courses for free like Udemy, Coursera and edX, etc.

Hope this helps, all the best.
