You haven't mentioned whether you're enquiring about the courses at undergraduate or postgraduate level, anyway law as a program isn't considered valid by Bar Council of India if pursued in distance mode, so if you're interested in law, kindly go for the regular mode.

And coming to environmental science in distance mode, it's offered in Dr BR Ambedkar Open University, Vidyasagar University, Madurai Kamaraj University etc.
