I have done my graduation with botany and zoology as main subjects throughout the 6 semester .now I am looking forward to do MSc in environmental sciences. will I be able to teach biology in 11th 12th class ( kv and govt schools)

medsra159 17th Jul, 2021

Dear leaner,

Sorry to say that you have  no chance,in order to teach secondary education one must have to take a b.ed degree which is prominent for teaching field and b.ed with your choice of subject .

Pursuing b.ed must be done after your bsc,b.com.ba ug courses ,you have to complete them with atleast 50% marks

For government teaching jobs, you can take exams like TET,ctet, stet, net after b ed

All the best.

can I get to know comparison between bsc psychology and bsc environmental sciences which is better, which has more opportunities and comparison of salaries

anirudha vats 6th Jul, 2021

Hi,

Psychology is the study of human behaviour and people turn out to be psychologist who counsels clients in different scenes like schools, hospitals and all other different places

Environmental sciences are the study of environment related topics that is conservation, protection, interventions, etc. People further work in related organisations or go into research.

Either way, getting a job after bachelors might not be possible as both are academic degrees and require more knowledge through masters or further studies.

I hope this helps.

All the best.
