If you have made some mistakes in your application form you can write your query to officials at nata2018helpdesk@gmail.com requesting them to make the necessary correction in the application form.
Along with the mail, you need to send documented proof and a photocopy of the NATA 2018 application form.
If the authorities find that discrepancy is genuine, they might make the corrections in the NATA application form 2018.
