Yes there were two facilities to correct any information filled in the NEET 2019 form .
The first one was in between 14th Jan 2019 and 31st Jan 2019.
The second time as per as the notification of the National Testing Agency "The candidates are allowed to undertake corrections ,if any, latest by 31/05/2019 up to 5:00 p.m. " After this no issues will be entertained .

As this given dates have passed ,  there is no other way which can be used to change any details .
