see after registering for wbjeeb counselling you have to fill your choices of colleges and streams, however there was a dead line by which you have to lock your choices or at the last day the choice would lock automatically., however after that you can only see the name of the colleges or streams of your choices, but you can not modify them. so if you want to go for upgrade you may go by doing the necessary works like deposit of 40,000 in case of pvt college, but you can not modify your choices now.
