Hey,

As there are no correction window for NDA exam application thus, changing the exam center will be a tedious work as there is no direct way of doing so. They also specify that no exam center change will be entertained when the centre is allotted but,

You can change the exam center but you have to contact UPSC and should have  a very solid and strong reason to ask for centre change and if the UPSC takes the application further (which is quite rare) your center will be changed.
