Yes you can use smartphone ...but you have to take care when ypu are in classroom

Hello Dear,

Yes, you can use the mobile phone anywhere on the campus but in the classroom, you have to keep in silent mode or switch off mode.

About which college you are talking about
Many colleges have strict rules not to use or bring mobile phones...
I would say you can use the mobile phone but not during class hours...
Rest of the time you can't use...
