If your situation is that , you have got a seat in seventh round of JOSAA counselling and now you are confused about whether reporting to reporting centre or not. Then look , if you want to register for CSAB without reporting at the centre , then it is no where a harm , you can do so. As it is clearly mentioned that Candidates who have been allotted a seat in JoSAA 2019 but did not report to the college or withdrawn from counselling are eligible to apply in CSAB 2019
