Yes,you are qualified as 40 marks are needed to qualify in eamcet and as you mentioned you got 49 marks you are qualified in eamcet.Rank is probably not shown because may be you didnt clear your subjects in inter or you have very less percentile which makes you just qualify but not gives you rank.
