Hi Venkat,

Once the counselling is finished, then the refund process starts for the cancelled seats. Amount of Rs.1500 will be deducted and the rest is refunded.

Firstly, Refund Proceeding will take place after the end of the whole counselling process. Secondly, Seat acceptance fee will be refunded after deducting the processing charges of Rs.1500/-
