Don't read for neet or theory
If your preparation has been solid and you have the basic concepts in the chapters of modern physics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism and mechanics in physics, the s,p,dand f block elements in inorganic chemistry, nome nclature of alkanes alkenes alkynes, carbon and compounds and nomenclature in organic chemistry, and the chapters of atomic structure and molarity concepts as well as chemical kinetics and energetics in physical chemistry
Chapters which are important in biology are mainly biomolecules, the chapters of reproductive system, digestive system, cardiovascular system and neurological system in animal and Human Physiology and the phylogenetic classification of the animal kingdom as well as the chapters of photosynthesis in plant physiology as well as the important chapters on genetics and microbiology including the life cycle of plasmodium an d other common parasites
Books like op Agarwal in chemistry, Arihant in physics and trueman's biology should have provided you solid concepts regarding the above chapters which are the most scoring and the most heavily question upon in NEET UG examination
Keep one thing in mind that the majority of marks which are lost in NEET examination are due to negative marking and so please do not take while gases and practices many MCQs as you can in order to minimise a negative marking and give time bound MCQ examinations with lock patterns to help me with your time management and question selection skills in these last month before the exam
to be honest there is nothing new you can learn in this 40 days and yes crash courses provided by institutes lIke Aakash will only help you in revising which you already know or helping you learn some new important exam oriented facts but which might not really help you this year if you have not read about them earlier as they are a revision and not a Foundation based knowledge approach
Right now you can dedicate around 2 to 3 hours each of physics, chemistry and biology birthday starting the day with is a physics and biology whichever you are weaker in an ending the day with chemistry as it usually does not over burden your mind with well spaced out an hour or two gaps between all the slots of study
if a proper diet and proper hygiene along with regular revision of this 40 days can get your toes poem about 500 + out of 720 you can expect a state government seat in your state of domicile availing the 85% state quota and usko in excess of 550 to 580 will give you a chance to get institution in other states as well availing 15% all India quota
