Mandatory documents

1. Copy of the CET application form.
2. Copy of the Challan
3. CET Admission Ticket.
4. Class 10 Marksheet.
5. Class 12 Marksheet.
6. Study Certificate attested by the concerned BEO / DDPI.
7. Dual current passport-size images.
8. These statements must be provided if needed.
9. Income proof received from the particular  Tahasildar to claim supernumerary reservation.
10. Class 1 to Class 10 Kannada Medium education proof attested by the prescribed BEO for the aspirants declaring Kannada Medium reservation privileges.
