NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. That includes St. John's Medical College as well. Now KCET is the entrance examination for admission to Engineering, Pharmaceutical and Farm Sciences courses in Karnataka. But for St. John's or for that matter any Medical College across India, NEET is the entrance examination.
