my child 12th pass in CBSE School 68% kya wo jee Advance exam de sakta he uska jee mains me 91 percentile tha

Ma'am ,
68% in boards is less than what IIT demands.IIT has criteria of minimum 75% in boards so he is not eligible for that.You should try other colleges.

I'm sorry but, once you've applied with General Category, you can't change your quota. Because you've to verify your application two times before submission.
