Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total nunumber of applicants in the entrance examination. Cut off means last rank to get admission in the academic year for that particular course in respective colleges, so the rank mentioned must be of round 7.In some places cut off of all rounds are also mentioned.
