You haven't mentioned your All India Rank. In 2019 the cut off for West Bengal State counselling round 2 was 43288(AIR) for admission in to KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, JADAVPUR under management quota. So if you have the required cut off rank then you have chances of getting seat in this institute. Cut off varies every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of sets available etc.
