BHMS or other paramedical courses admission varies state to sate. So if you specify your state name then I can help you that admission will be through NEET entrance exam or state level exam.

how we get bhms this year my neet score is 494 ur cat. belongs to rajsthan please analyse my marks and which course i get

With this score, you can try for MBBS/BDS in private colleges and your chances should be decent for paramedical and ayush courses in Govt as well as private colleges. So you can apply as per you interest and potential.
