The admission in MBA program of NIT Durgapur  is open to candidates having a minimum of 3 years of graduation in any stream with a valid CAT/MAT score. The process of selection includes short listing of candidate on the basis of their CAT score followed by GD and PI. The student community is from diverse disciplines like, Humanities, Commerce, Science and Engineering It offers specialization in the functional areas of Marketing, Finance, Systems & Operations, Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour and International Business.It has fairly good placements too as students have been placed in companies like JustDial, Axis Bank, Airtel,CeaseFire. Average placement is around4-5 lakhs and it goes higher if you have work experience.
