As per your query, I would like to explain to you that the admission process for AIIMS is very different.

For SC and ST candidates the selection like the General candidate is selected as per merit.

Their cut-off percentile is evaluated upon and declared.

Though for SC and St categories they are declared they clear the exam if they score 50 % but then again the percentile is there.
