Scholarship purely depends on your merit(the rank which you got) and parents annual income.If you are within 100 rank ,you will be a full fee wavier and if your rank is between 100 to 1000 then it will be decided on your parents annual income .Also there are some schemes for backward people like whose parents income is less than 6 lakh ,they will be  awarded with some scholarship.It may change according to your perfromance in their exam.
