Dear Sanket, as of November 2018, the Govt. of Maharashtra has cleared the bill allowing 16% reservation to SEBC. It will come into force once the Governor of Maharashtra clears the law. Thats the last and latest update that is available on SEBC reservation at this point in time. Even if the Governor clears the law, there might be some legal issues that might have to be handled before it is actually implemented. So, to be honest, nothing is clear regarding SEBC reservation.
