The placements in CIT got a mix review from students as the campus do have a separate cell handling the placements but the companies are sometimes not offering the profile preferred by the students. The placements for b.tech are decent as compared to others. The team handling the placements also provides free training to students. They try to bring good companies every year.

Yes Coimbatore Institute of Technology is one of the best institutes of Engineering in India. And CSE branch is one of the most upcoming branch as we all know, so it has great placement opp of course from the CIT campus. The teaching faculty and the facilities as well are up-to-date and supper efficient. The only thing is can't use the tag of CIT and sit overconfident about the placements, of course you've to struggle and acquire knoweldege and be that capable first and then yes on merit you will have ample opportunities.
