Percentile system has been introduced by NTA from this year ,In previous year the admission in IIT's is based on ranks from the marks scored by student. So we dont know what will be the cutt off 2019 for different NIT's and IIT's . To know this we have to wait till april when both the atttempts will be over .

Hello Aadarsh Hanuman,
As far as I know, IISc, all IITs and NITs have a cutoff of 60 percent. You may have to try state universities. However, the admissions page of IIIT Hyderabad doesn't seem to talk about the minimum BTech percentage, so I guess their test and the interview are the only criteria for selection. You can check the admissions page of IIIT-Hyderabad for details.
Your percentage is 58 % so don’t worry, you will get IISC and IITB for that you need to score 90+ percentile , in top 100 Rank ! If you don’t get call from these two colleges no need to worry, you have to work hard bit during admission process, like you have to send them email regarding your score and percentage, depending on your score they will call you
