your photography and signature copy are enough.for KEAM counselling,you'll be in need of following documents,

• KEAM admit card and result 
• proof  of DOB
• +2 mark certificate
• conduct certificate
• transfer certificate
• physical fitness certificate
• allotment memo issued by CEO

• Birth Certificate / SSLC / Passport
• Income Certificate
• Non Creamy layer certificate /Community Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of Reservation (if applicable)

For applying KEAM 2019,

You have to upload the following in the portal at the time of registration

1. Photo

2.Signature

3.Nativity proof from village office /birth certificate/SSLC certificate(place of birth must be there in SSLC certificate, if you choose it). 

4.Income certificate(can be the obtained from Akshaya)

5.Non creamy layer certificate (if you are Noncreamy layer) 

6.community certificate from tahasildar(for sc and st)
