Candidates need to report phisically  along with below mentioned documents in original and two self attested photocopies of the same at the counselling venue:

• Matriculation/High School Certificate
• 10+2/Intermediate/Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate and scorecard.
• Characater Certificate.
• Resident Certificate.(if applicable)
• Copy of Aadhar Card.
• Certificate from Empolyer (if applicable)
• Scheduled Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate in respest to persons with Disabilities Cndidates (if applicable)
• Certificate required to be furnished by the children and grand children of freedom fighters (if applicable)
• Certificate from ESM(if applicable)
• Original receipt of registration and counselling fee.
• Print out of online application form.

Candidate must bring original documents for document verification at the time of reporting before admission committee along with two self attested photocopy of all documents.
