You are eligible for all the exams you have listed except that for JEE Advaned. Because a student during Class 12th or one year dropper can appear for this exam.Two year droppers can't attempt this exam (JEE Advanced).

some say that I'm not eligible for Bitsat since I dropped 2years

Sir can I give bitsat in 2022 if I passed 12 in 2020
And I have never given bitsat even once
