There will be atleast one question on Ellingham diagram in NEET so you cannot skip it. Talking about the importance, you should be knowing the complete graph because you never know what kind of questions will be asked on that diagram. There's no point in partially studying the graph, if you're doing it, try to remember everything that's there on it.
