Critical Thinking
Problem Solving
Communication Skills
Leadership Skills

Along with this, to work in core sector of Civil Engineering. You need to know these technologies/software:

Microsoft Suite
Autodesk Civil 3D
Autodesk Revit
Telka
STAAD
MATLAB
Primavera

These are the technologies/software which you can learn to get a job in core sector.
