Dear Aspirant,

Some students are not satisfied with their seats and some seats remain unoccupied after the first round. To fill those seats the second round is conducted. If you are not satisfied with the seat you've got in your first counseling or if you have not got any seat in first counseling, then you could upgrade your seat or may get a seat in the subsequent rounds.
