class  10th and 12th academic details

Aadhar card or Aadhar enrollment number

credit/debit/net banking details if the fee is paid online.

scanned images of passport,voter ID,or any valid Govt ID.

valid email id and mobile number

category certificates(if belonging to reserved category)

photo identity proof such as aadhar ,bank passbook,ration card copy etc..
