Same thing goes in case of MP where 15% is all over India quota to study in best collages and the rest 85% is for state quota.

Plus

Mp has 14 Medical collages in the state
Which means a rank around 6000 and 7000 may have some chances of getting a seat in the state. Now theres some hoping
Now that rank is state rank
In terms Of AIR your rank should be around 80,000 to 60,000 to get through that 15% quota now theres some more hoping
All in all you have good chances of getting seat in mbbs than other states comparatively
