• 1) AP EAMCET Rank Card 2019
• 2) AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2019
• 3) Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
• 4) 10th class mark sheet and passing certificate
• 5) Study/Bonafide Certificate from III to X Class and Intermediate (10+2)
• 6) Transfer Certificate
• 7) Income certificate
• 8) Caste certificate (if belong to any reserved category)
• 9) PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
• 10) Aadhaar card
• 11) Residence certificate of either of parents
• 12) Receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.
